We act in all areas of employment and labour law, representing both employers and employees. Our related areas of practice include:

• Representing employers and employees in wrongful dismissal actions and matters before the Ontario Human Rights Commission;
• Grievance and arbitration proceedings arising in unionized workplaces;
• Representation before administrative bodies as the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and the Employment Equity Commission;
• Reviewing employment agreements and severance packages;
• Representing clients in employment insurance matters; and
• Acting for benefit claimants in disability and pension matters before government and private bodies.
